DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery time
Items are delivered within 1 to 7 business days from the day after the customer confirms the order, throughout mainland France. This timeframe includes order preparation upon receipt, as well as shipping time. It is provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on product availability. LIZE CREATIONS cannot be held liable for any delays beyond this timeframe, nor will they give rise to contract cancellation or any claim for damages.
In cases of transport problems, postal service issues or force majeure, LIZE CREATIONS declines all responsibility for delivery delays.
The items are delivered to the address specified on the order form provided by the Customer. The Customer assumes all transport risks from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier. In the case of delivery to a shared address, LIZE CREATIONS has no further obligations once the goods arrive at the address indicated, even if they are received by a third party.
In the event of the customer's absence at the delivery address indicated in the order form, or an incorrect address due to an omission or typo, LIZE CREATIONS reserves the right to re-invoice the delivery service according to the different delivery methods offered below in article 6.2.
Delivery Method
When placing an order, the Customer is asked to choose their preferred shipping method from among the providers selected by LIZE CREATIONS. The providers offered are:
POST OFFICE: 48 to 72 hours on business days, from dispatch *-

-Relay post: 3 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch
- Price varies depending on weight
Delivery is free for orders over €80 to a Relay Point
